    What do you do? We are experts in hair colour, styling, and cutting. We have two Master Colour Experts— one of the highest qualifications! We also have a curly hair expert trained by experts in London and a specialist in hair extensions. We even help with hair loss and thinning. Do you do consultations? Yes, we always recommend consultations for new clients or big changes.
  • Pricing:
    How much does it cost? You can check out our price list on our services page. For an exact price, we suggest a no-obligation consultation. You can also join our VIP Colour Club, which spreads the cost of appointments, treatments, and products over a year with a fixed monthly payment, so there are no surprises. Plus, you get gifts and exclusive benefits! What’s included in the price? When you visit us, you get more than just a hair service! We offer freshly ground coffee, yummy popcorn, retro sweets, and great chats with our friendly team. Just remember, when you book a colour service, make sure to also book your cut and style separately.
  • Stylist Expertise:
    How good are your stylists? Our stylists are highly trained! We have two Master Colour Experts, one curly hair specialist, and our Director is currently working on becoming one of 31 of the highest qualified hair stylists in the world studying the world’s first degree in hairdressing. All of our stylists receive advanced training in cutting and colour. Can I choose my stylist? Yes, and you can switch stylists until you find the one who’s just right for you.

  • Booking and Availability:
    How do I book? You can book online here or call us on 01383 223410. For new clients looking for colours, it’s best to book a consultation first. Do you accept walk-ins? Yes, for cuts, styling, or consultations, walk-ins are welcome, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend you book ahead.
  • Salon Policies:
    Do you offer a guarantee? Yes! We have a Risk-Free Guarantee. If you’re not happy, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it for free. Colour Club members get the Gruffalo Guarantee, which means if you’re not thrilled, let us know within 7 days and we’ll fix your hair for free, give you two products, and two treatment vouchers! What if I’m Running Late? Bespoke Colour House is a very busy salon, which means if you show up more than 10 minutes late without letting us know beforehand, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the service you booked, and you may have to get a shorter service or reschedule to another date. What if I need to cancel? Please give us 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees. You can call or message us to reschedule. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their appointment value before being able to book further appointments.
  • Parking and Location:
    Is there parking? Yes! You can park at Walmer Drive, a paid car park just a 2-minute walk from the salon. You can find it on the map here. Where are you located? We’re at 13 New Row, Dunfermline. You can find us on the map here.
  • Products Used:
    What products do you use? We use only the best! Our brands include Wella for colour, Sebastian for styling, Twisted for curls, and more. We have all hair types covered. Can I buy these products? Yes! Your stylist will recommend products that are perfect for your hair, and you can buy them at the salon during your appointment.
  • Accessibility:
    Is your salon accessible? Yes, our salon is easy to access, though there’s a small step at the entrance.
